This Calls for an Intervention

It's probably the most common reseller topic on social media: thrifting instead of listing. We all love a good reel about going sourcing instead of being a responsible adult and listing what we already have at home, but sooner or later, the laughter stops.

There are few resellers that can honestly say they enjoy listing more than sourcing, so it's no surprise that we tend to accumulate a pile of unlisted inventory, better known as a Death Pile or Money Pile.

“A reseller's unlisted inventory can vary in size, just like our closets, but we should never feel overwhelmed or embarrassed by it.”

Don't get me wrong-- it's actually crucial for a reseller to have unlisted inventory on hand because *ideally* it should be an even one in/one out situation. Of course it never is, but the goal is to maintain a steady number of active listings to keep the selling-momentum going.
